CAST: Jack Bowman - Tom Jack began acting professionally after graduating with a BA Honours in Drama, from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, in 2000. Before then he had started out with school theatre at the age of eleven, playing the Ugly Prince in RUMPLESTILTSKIN. Then he joined the ClothCap Players under Gordon Yuill, with whom he continues to have a happy working relationship, beyond those days of youth theatre oh so long ago! Since becoming a professional actor, amongst his varied list of credits, he has appeared in DICK WHITTINGTON as King Rat, for Dream Team Entertainment (2000), CROSSROADS (ITV 2001), THE SIEGE (2003), written by Iain Landles, and POPCORN (2004), playing Bruce Delimitri, his favourite role to date, at the A-List theatre venue, Poole Lighthouse, in Dorset. On top of those he has oerformed in many other roles in theatre productions, corporate videos, audio dramas, TV programs, and short films. Please visit his website at www.jackbowman.co.uk. FROZEN marks Jack's London stage debut in a lead role. 00 Josephine Hart - Laura Before joining the cast of FROZEN, Josie has enjoyed roles in a variety of projects from a zombie with an automatic screwdriver in her head and running around the London Dungeon, to the flirtatious Felicity Rumpers in Alan Bennet's HABEAS CORPUS and the charming Mae Rose Cottage in UNDER MILK WOOD by Dylan Thomas. Josie is experienced in representing the dead, the undead and the dying, but is now relishing the opportunity to play the living and is delighted to be a part of this exciting new project. 00 Terry Wade - Voice Talent Terry trained at Middlesex University, graduating with a BA Honours in Performing Arts. He then went on tour with GOOD MOVE THEATRE COMPANY, and has just recently been seen in the first series of BERRY and FULCHERS' SNUFF BOX with Matt Berry and Rich Fulcher (both from THE MIGHTY BOOSH) on BBC3. 00 Her Midnight Eye - Original Music 00 Consists of two ex-member of the now disbanded York based glam-rock outfit FINGER PUPPETS. After spending too long trying to get a band in the same room at the same time decided it was time to start out on their own. Now they are planning to sell records by shamelessly flaunting their wares on the internet. They have just completed their first mini album ‘BETHANY, HIGH TO NIGHTFALL’ produced and mixed by Jeff Johns at The Coach House and is available from www.midnighteye.net. Esme approached writer Gareth Parker with the lyrics for FROZEN after reading the script and was subsequently asked to compose the incidental music for the production. The FROZEN EP includes all incidental music plus the album version of the song. 00 Gareth Parker - Writer and Producer FROZEN is Gareth Parker's first professionally produced script, under 720 Productions, the company he founded in 2006. However, not one to go rushing head long into things, he set up his company and worked on the script with the help and guidence of very wise, carefully selected, better looking, much trusted colleagues and friends, so both the script and the company could fulfill it's remit for producing the highest possible quailty of theatre drama and comedy. FROZEN marks his debut as a both a theatrical writer and producer in London, and finds his friends' critical analysis more nerve-wracking than anything the critics could throw his way. Gareth also works under the Equity-registered name of Jack Bowman... Oh, hang on... 00 Robert Valentine - Director/Understudy for Tom Robert Valentine is a filmmaker, writer, occasional reluctant actor, and this is the first play he has directed for the London stage. At the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, he made two short films which he’s willing to own up to; RIDERS OF THE STORM and FAX OF LIFE, and wrote and directed PETE DREAMS THE BLUES for the Film & Television Workshop, which was aired on Sky’s Community Channel in 2005. Amongst his stage appearances, he has played Valentine - ironically enough - in THE TWO GENETLEMEN OF VERONA, Feste in TWELFTH NIGHTand Carlson in OF MICE AND MEN, during which - and in front of seventy appalled theatregoers - he brutalised a young golden retriever cast as Candy’s decrepit mutt when it tried to wander off half-way through his big scene. However, he maintains that he was deep in character at the time, and wasn’t charged. Robert has had various jobs in film and television (including for Pilot Productions and Brighter Pictures) and is currently developing a feature film of his own. All investment offers welcome! 00 |
